Texas 432 provides a dedicated, on staff Recruiting Coordinator to help athletes navigate the ever-changing process of collegiate recruiting.

Each team 15U-18U has a HUDl account in which players create individual profiles and can link to their high school accounts for a seamless experience for any coaches scouting them digitally.

Amanda meets with all athletes who desire to play at the next level and mentors them on all the aspects of marketing themselves such as:  selecting the schools that are right for you, how to create highlight reels and share them with coaches, effective communication with coaches, and navigating NCAA guidelines and much more.

In addition to a recruiting coordinator, each of our 17U and 18U coaches are either college coaches, or have direct connections to multiple college coaches.  Their professional insight as recruiters allows them to offer players hands-on mentoring in the recruiting process.

Our tournament schedules for all National teams are built to get players in front of as many college recruiters as possible.

We have been committed to this process since our founding in 2019 and are proud to have worked with 15 amazing athletes who have all gone on to play at a variety of levels (Junior College - D1).  No other club in the Permian Basin can match our stats on recruiting offers.  There is no additional fee for these services.  If a player wants to continue in the game they love at the next level, we want to help them achieve that goal.
