Taylor Johnson

I am a very extroverted, talkative, friendly person! My coaching experiences combined with my experience as a player and engineering mindset have given me a unique take on coaching. I am considered a very technical coach by my club because I spend a lot of time adjusting forms, explaining the reasons behind the skills/thought processes we coach, and use detailed stats to not only make coaching decisions but show the girls their progress and areas for improvement.  I have had something to do with volleyball for essentially my entire life and am so passionate about the sport! These past few years of coaching have shown me that I also have a passion for helping these players not only get better at the sport, but to grow as people/athletes.
